Square). Right on the border of Yerevan city/ Broshian village, on the
road to Ashdarag. |
The house has
1452 sq feet - first floor (finished) with
two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living-dining room, kitchen with counters
and a patio
809 sq feet - the second floor (unfinished) |
| The second floor can be converted into a loft with two
bedrooms; or, into an extra apartment with seperate entrance. |
| All houses have a panoramic view of Ararad, Arakadz and
Yerevan City. |
