"Arabad" co-op Investments

in Agriculture

"Arabad" is an Investment opportunity for diasporan Armenians who wish to have a piece of Armenia in their name. An investment for their retirement and the future of their children. An investment for the future of Armenia...

Armenia has a volatile location and agriculture is always a high risk Investment, having said that we also want to remind you that the investment will have a high income on the long term.
To minimize the risk we have created a co-op system. Each investor will buy  10 hectares with a deed in their name. Next stage is melioration of the land, (removing the stones and replenishing the soil) which will be followed by planting trees. We will have apricot, plum, peach, cherry, pears and apple trees. Other projects will be a Vineyard and Pistachio trees. We will diversify  the orchards to have permanent work force. When one kind of fruit has a bad crop then the others will compensate.

All expenses will be deducted from the the sale and the balance divided equally, as long as the investor wants to stay in the co-op. Income will start in 3-5 years and reach it's high point after 7 years.

In case an investor wants to return the land, the co-op guarantees to give back the initial investment plus 10%  for every year in the first 3 years.
